Foreign Trade Manager (English, Spanish, Arabic, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean)
Position Responsibilities
1. Under the guidance of the general manager, be responsible for formulating annual and quarterly sales plans, and formulating sales strategies based on customer and market conditions;
2. Implement the company's rules and regulations and complete various economic indicators issued by the company;
3. Hold regular business meetings to summarize work, keep abreast of the department’s business progress and economic benefits, and properly arrange business work;
4. Collect and accumulate information, analyze market trends, select appropriate sales markets, and develop export business;
5. Strive for orders within the area of responsibility, consolidate old customers, and win new customers. According to sales targets, formulate plans and implementation plans, and implement them. Strictly manage and closely supervise the orders of this department, and guide relevant salesmen or business assistants. Complete order;
6. Lead and coach subordinate employees to complete the monthly, quarterly, and annual work goals set by the company, collect work reports from subordinate employees every week, and provide targeted assistance and comments;
7. Responsible for the daily management of the sales team, helping to establish, supplement, develop and train the sales team, stimulate team strength and improve work efficiency;
8. Obey work arrangements and complete other tasks assigned by the company in a timely manner.
Position requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. Have good listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, and foreign languages can be used as working languages;
3. Be proactive, responsible, able to withstand pressure, and have good team spirit;
4. More than 5 years of foreign trade work experience, and more than 3 years of foreign trade manager work experience.
